2. How much is the shipping cost?
Free Shipping on all orders, delivered via FedEx or UPS.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping Time: 3-5 business days after processing
- Estimated Total Delivery: 4-8 business days
4. When will my order be shipped?
- Mon–Fri orders: Shipped within 24 hours
- Weekend orders (Sat–Sun): Shipped the following Monday

5. Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing postsales@patoolio.com
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- If a package is refused at delivery, the return shipping cost will be charged.
6. How can I track my package?
- After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package through the carrier’s website or our website via “Track Your Order”.
7. What should I know about delivery time?
