PATOOLIO values the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting postsales@patoolio.com.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If the order has already been fulfilled, we cannot cancel it—even if requested on the same day.
Address Changes

Requests must be made on the same day the order is placed. We cannot guarantee updates once the order is fulfilled.
Returns Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once approved, items must be shipped back within 30 days. Returns received late will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected (1–2 business days).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
