Refund policy

PATOOLIO values the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting postsales@patoolio.com.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • If the order has already been fulfilled, we cannot cancel it—even if requested on the same day.

Address Changes

  • Requests must be made on the same day the order is placed. We cannot guarantee updates once the order is fulfilled.

Returns Policy

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 30 days. Returns received late will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected (1–2 business days).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

  • To request a return, contact postsales@patoolio.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

  • Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at postsales@patoolio.com for resolution.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange is to return the unwanted item, and once approved, place a new order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Processing times vary by bank or credit card company.
