A: Check that the hose with the filter screen is tightly secured to the garden tap.
Q2: Why is there little or no water flow when I start it?
A: Make sure the water source is fully on. Hold the trigger for 30–50s to release trapped air from the pump.

Works well. Be warned it is not a quick disconnect it is a twist disconnect. Some what disappointed in that as i could not use my high-end tools and attachments with out buying a $50 conversion kit or new gun
It’s a light weight and small water pressure washer, which means convenience for daily uses. It helps a lot on cleaning cars and yard. The noise level is fine. It’s inexpensive and worth the value.
